.....And we're back!

I had a great time vacationing in Canada with my family.

We were staying with my grandparents, who live on the beach on Vancouver Island. 

Needless to say, lots of fun, laughter, and-of course-cake were had.

But now we're back, it's time to get shop opened back up again!

So order now!

Gluten Free Option

Due to great demand, a Gluten Free option is now available for some cakes & cupcakes!

How can I tell if there is a Gluten Free option for a cake/cupcake?
In our cake and cupcake selections, when you look at the pricing for each individual cake, if there is the option of Gluten free, it say so.

How do I order a Gluten Free (cup)cake?
When you email me with your order, simply tell me you want it to be gluten free!

Why do only some (cup)cakes come with a gluten free option?
I am still experimenting with different recipes and batters. I haven't managed to find gluten-free cake recipes for all my (cup)cakes yet, but I will be adding the option when it comes!

Why is there an extra charge for Gluten Free (cup)cakes?
Due to the fact that gluten-free ingredients are generally more expensive and harder to find, there is a small added fee.

New, Easier, & Simpler!

So here's the scoop:
Due to how complex and confusing the previous method of ordering a cake was, I'm now introducing a new, easier way!

Here's what you do:
Depending on what you want, click on either "Cupcake Selections," or "Cake selections," located above, below the main title.
Now you have your options for general flavors/looks. Choose which you'd like, and email me (escwinslow@gmail.com, also located in the "About Me" bar, over to the right) with details.

What should be included in the email:
Tell me:
~Which (cup)cake you'd like, and how many
~When you'd like it (please give me at least 3 days from the day you order it to the day you want it!)
~Any details about delivery (Where do you live/where we can meet up to complete it*)
~Any way you'd like to customize the (cup)cake to meet your needs (different colors, different design, different decorations, etc)
~Any and all comments/suggestions are always welcome!



 *Disclaimer: Due to the fact that I do not have a Drivers' license, and thus am relying on those around me to drive me places, deliveries to certain cities may be extremely limited. Sorry!

Hey there!
My name is Emily Winslow, and I love to bake & decorate cakes! I'm trying to create a little side-business of baking cakes, so if you're at all interested in buying one, let me know! If you'd like to design your own custom cake, head on over to the "Custom Cake Pricing" tab, right below the title. You'll probably also notice a "Custom Cupcake Pricing" tab next to it. At the minute, Custom Cupcakes are unavailable(I am willing to make exceptions, however ;) ). I'm still working on getting this whole thing up and running, but custom cupcakes will definitely be coming soon!
Also, if you'd rather go "Old school" and just buy a cake already designed for you, hold on tight! I will be updating this blog with many pre-designed cakes, including their pictures and prices at least once a week, so all you have to do is choose one(good luck!), let me know via email(Go over to my profile(click on my name over to the right), then click "email"), and a cake will be making its way to your tummy pronto!
